What did you mean by this? They charge more than $20 for entry when it's busier as opposed to denying entry when at capacity? Do card holders have to pay this too?
That's exactly what it said on the banner - $20 with a surcharge at busy times. I have no idea what it means! Maybe the Airspace rep can answer that?
