Make friends with someone else that lives at a different address and have a different credit card/phone #. Staples once they clamp down will match any piece of data. Won't be able to make any online/phone orders but will be able to buy in-store.

Calling is futile. I hate to say it but best way to get off Staples Blacklist is not to get on it.
