The first, second and fourth are all underwritten by ACE - a reputable, global insurance company, who also sell policies direct I believe. The third seems to use a variety of underwriters and the last uses PTI / Enterprise which I don't know anything about. If I were going to use ACE I'd contact them directly as their policies seem an awful lot better if you do.
