I have a slightly different situation. I did a trip in WT+, and for the return from LHR I upgraded at OLCI to CW using cash. The flight posted as 0 TP and Avios, so I called in. Took a week and when I checked today I see that it posted as WT+ Avios and TP's.

Given that I upgraded using cash should I get the CW TP's?

There was a promotion on that I got extra Avios on the outbound leg, but not the return, so I suppose I have to call in anyway to get those. What a pain.
