I do completely understand the reason why you all come onto Flyertalk and why sometimes you want to vent your frustrations.

I was just a bit surprised at being described as 'poor' because I used the word complimentary to describe the offerings in the lounges.

I guess I should be used to it this kind of thing by now. I need to get myself a tougher skin!
