A month later and it still is the situation at my local Staples. You can buy but they won't activate. And every time they are surprised. I've had the manager try directly and then tell me they'll look into it but nothing changes. I've bought some this quarter at Lowes with my Freedom card, but that maxes out at $1500. Grrrr.
