I guess it's just our differing use of the word "dump". Yes, there is nothing elegant about the Mt View HGI, but I tend to use "dump" to describe a property that is dirty, poorly outfitted, with rude employees. None of those fit my stays at the Mt View HGI. It was totally adequate, though I admit not a lot more.
