AXA is a French company, as is Europ Assistance I think, AIG is American, not sure on the other. All three I mentioned operate worldwide.

It sounds like you need to find yourself an insurance broker, who can do the leg work for you, who can find a policy that suits your requirements. Googling large insurance underwriters likely won't get you to a policy that fits your needs.
