Have built up a stack of Avios, and a BA Amex 2-for-1, and would like to use them to attend a wedding in the US this summer (in Connecticut). Have a little flexibility on inbound/outbound locations but would basically like to visit New England/New York.

Recognising that I've got to burn the miles on BA metal, some help with the following Qs:
- Is there a way of checking out availability for multiple destinations across a window of time, or do I have to do it city by city?
- Can I make an Open Jaw using the 2-for-1 redemption voucher?

Additionally, if there is availability into/out of a different airport from the one I want (e.g. available seat to Washington, but wanting to end in Boston), can I buy a paid-for ticket at the same time, or does it have to be its own standalone entity?
