I am considering booking a TK flight from SGN to BKK in order to connect to a BA flight BKK to LHR on a separate booking. This combination would have a 2.5 hour layover.

Does anyone know if TK will interline the bags back to LHR from an outstation like HCMC? If not, I feel the connection time would be too tight to clear immigration, collect baggage and then check back in and pass security.
