Your stats don't indicate where you are located.
You will find that pretty much any bar near Nolledorfplatz is sex oriented, if compared to ANY bar USA.
If you don't like fetishes, you have to read the schedule for each of the bars. There are leather nights (dress code strictly enforced), naked nights, "Yellow code" nights, fisting nights, underwear nights, etc.

In any case, I'd say don't miss:
-Lab-oratory, F241 is the mildest of all its theme nights.
-Der Boiler on Sunday afternoon.
None of them in Nollendorfplatz area, but you have to get your ... to Lab, at least once
In Nollendorfplatz, Tom's on Monday night (Tom's has no dresscode), New Action on weekends (check calendar to avoid certain theme nights). New Action tends to be strict and don't like sneakers or jeans ever.
