It's possible that you will not receive the decision via SM, but rather the decision will be posted to your address. So you might want to call them after the 10 business days is up. Or look for other signs of approval / rejection such as the list of accounts in your Chase online account.
I had a Bold approved after SM, but they did the same - response by SM saying wait 10 days, and then sent postal approval.
