Doesn't sound too bad...

Expertflyer currently showing the flight as very wide open with not a single seat allocated in any class, and so with a one way fare pricing up at €41 euro for the "no luggage" option I think I'll skip CE at €551!

What's the story with the super cheap no luggage fares at the MMB upgrade offers? Are they offered with these fares or should I pay the extra few Euros for the normal fare and a chance of a decent Upgrade offer?
