I'm pulling my hair out trying to get the Hertz website to accept a one-way award rental...not just a particular one, actually, but ANY one-way rental. I've tried a number of different dates, locations, times, etc, and it always just spits out "We apologize but you don't have enough points to Redeem a Hertz Gold Plus Rewards." on the final screen. The account I'm trying to use has 1300 points, which unless I've missed something really elementary, should be enough (for a one day, one-way award). Any idea what might be the problem?
