If I were you, I'd just give them a call and see what happens. To me, it sounds like the perfect incentive for them to win that spend back!
On my invite, it said someone would call me soon to introduce me to Centurion, or, I could call the Cent line or email them. They haven't called yet, and both the phone and email are un-manned evenings and weekends. So a -1 on service so far!
I just really want more info on exactly what I get for my money, and how much it will cost etc. will try again tomorrow I guess!
