All rental car shuttles depart out of the same level as baggage claim. They come by pretty frequently.

My most recent experience was on a Monday morning right when TSA opened at 4am. I'd plan for a total of 30 minutes (that would be the worst basically) to go through TSA. That is if you're planning to go through at around 5:30a for a 7:!5a flight.

Pike starts gets bad by 6:30am or so.
