.Using PNR and name under ‘Manage a booking’ access can be gained to booking details but trying to change anything results in the dreaded ‘Processing your request’ for booking made before the upgrade where the first flight is yet to occur. ( a recurring problem after every upgrade.)

In my over fifty years of data processing I have yet to meet a bigger bunch of incompetent bunglers than QRs IT department. One has to wonder who IT management are related to because someone very powerful must be protecting this level of incompetence.

Imagine letting this gaggle loose on the aircraft computer systems. How many aircraft would be servicable after a very short time?
^ Totaly agree. Still having the same issue on both my android and my laptop running on IE...... So the last two weeks I have been doing 8 premium bookings on EY and EK.
