There is PreCheck if you are going out of Terminal A. It's actually one of the better PreCheck lines. I assume you are going 90 East (into the city)... It'll be pretty bad on the weekdays until about 10am. Security shouldn't take too long assuming you clear PreCheck. Just add extra time for driving in.

When will the traffic start getting bad on 90 east? I'll just go before that. I was in Carlsbad, CA recently and after experiencing Southern California traffic up from SAN to Carlsbad, I left Carlsbad on a Monday morning at 03:45 to beat the traffic on the return--and it worked.
