Agreed on the "beyond their control" point-of-view. Unlike ... say ... the Trop in Vegas, where a report of a cold shower in the morning to their "V.I.P." agents was greeted with a "oh yeah, well it should be fixed by now" (as I was checking out) and nothing more.
