Hi,
Looking to book a flight from Siem Reap to BKK and saw that Cambodia Angkor Air has flights for $90 one way - but for some reason the tax is $100??

It seems no matter how many tickets you book or the price of the tickets the tax is always just $100. Anyway know the deal here? Is there a way to avoid paying US taxes on the flight? What about buying in country or with a foreign travel agent? Seems lame to pay 2x the price of a ticket because of tax.
