The bad news is that KrisFlyer does not offer a family account. Moreover, you cannot move miles between accounts.
The good news is that you can get miles not only for flight already booked, but also for flight already taken (within the last few months).
If you are looking for a family account and your travels will be with the whole family then you might want to look at BA as they have a very good family program.
