I hate to see these questions unanswered, so I'll make some wild tries: For #8, I'll try PanAm with an intermediate stop in MIA. Equipment may have been an AB3.

11) Pointe a Pitre, Guadeloupe (PTP) had weekly nonstop service from both Bordeaux (BOD) and Marseille (MRS) at this time. Different airlines flew each route with different aircraft types. Name both airlines and the aircraft they operated on the route.
I thought Air France, using a 747, flew both routes, but I'll put it down for MRS-PTP. On the BOD-PTP route, I'll try AOM French Airlines with a DC-10.
