Hi everyone, first time posting in the United forum.

I have *G through Air Canada's E50K and will be flying on a bunch of UA flights this summer. However, due to a reduced travel schedule this year, I won't be able to requalify through Air Canada so I was looking at crediting my UA flights to A3 in an attempt to maintain my *G.

I'm wondering how I can enjoy all the benefits of being *G while crediting my miles to another program. Is it as simple as carrying my *G card with me? Is this enough to get access to lounges, priority boarding, extra checked baggage, etc.?
