One of the managers at a Westin I am staying at tonight (and stay frequently - 40ish nights per year) told me that he noticed that I just made the VIP list here...He was excited for me and said it was a pretty big deal. I only made Platinum last year...does anyone know how this is decided and what it means for me? If anything?
