Absolutely!

I have (lots) of flights to take this summer. I've booked:

EWR-ORD
ORD-ABQ
ABQ-LAX
LAX-IAH
IAH-ORD
ORD-DCA
DCA-JFK

This cost me a total of 58,000 Avios and about £14 in taxes.

Bearing in mind I have a lot of Avios to burn some people may see this as a gross insult to using the miles but it's excellent value for me when I need to get places cheaply.
