I agree entirely. Unless the bar can be isolated from the rest of the cabin (like the idea of the upper deck lounge on the original 747 decades ago, which is no longer feasible these days), it makes no sense to have a bar on a plane given that many if not all passengers will be trying to rest or sleep.
