No I dont have enough SPG points now. I need to stick with IHG or Mariott as the only hilton in Mumbai is sold out (even for revenue) for the dates I wanted in summer.
Does the IGH (Plat) / Mariott (silver) chains in Mumbai offer free breakfast ?

Haven't had any issues with the extra kids at Hilton. I don't know if you have any SPG points, but during the last trip we made to Mumbai with our kids we stayed at the ITC next to the airport and had a great stay-- no mention of extra charges for the kids, and easily the best hotel breakfast I've ever had.
