The Yu Sheng isn't even smoked salmon, and the longan soup - well, lets just say that its sort of er, pungent that even I find a little strong..
It interesting to know that SQ took the “risk” to serve Yusheng – sounds to me like they are making an effort to break out of the mole that “it is just a tray meal”! BTW, Yusheng is usually served with raw fish and traditionally mackerel instead of salmon in smoked form.
