Happens all the time. As they say, it's not a bug, it's a feature.
Call BAEC, they'll sort it quite quickly. Last time it happened to me I was in China so I Skyped BAEC in the UK, depite my account being German-based. No problem, 48 hours later Avios and TP were correct.
