I booked the Sheraton Warsaw using the BRG and got approved. The rate was prepaid rate and the bill just showed on my credit some days ago. It was my first time using BRG so what should I do next? I have had this happen to a few of my BRGs in the past. You will definitely get the difference back. The timing is up to you. You can 1) email Corporate who will then email the hotel to refund the difference 2) email the hotel directly and their Reservations Manager or equivalent can process the refund or 3) if you are staying at the hotel sooon, you can wait till you check out and when settling the account, they will calculate what has been prepaid, what your actual BRG rate is and adjust/refund the difference.
