First DL Flight
June 1974 from LGA to MIA on a DC 9-30. Not sure whether it was DL or ex NE metal.
It was a Saturday afternoon, with no more than 20 pax, most in F. The meal was a steak dinner that was almost identical, to what DL would serve in the early '80's in its FC Royal Service, except that it all came at the same time, on one tray and there was no sundae, only a piece of pecan pie IRRC.
