There are lots and lots of new places to eat some of the outstanding ones are

Sardine , Sarong at Seminyak

Sunday Brunch at the St Regis Bodeka at Nusa dua

TAO and Sakala both at Tangjung Benoa

Bumbu Bali at Tangjung Benoa - now there are two restaurants just down the street from each other - same menu - the newer one is nicer - I think - more space and open more but the same food and great service
