As you exit the airport, you will be approached by a bunch of taxi drivers clamoring for your business. Just ignore them and follow the signs for the pre-paid taxi stand. Yes, it is quick and easy.

No. Assuming you are staying in a good hotel, their driver will be reliable and be at the airport on time and waiting for you with a placard.
