Not for me as I'd rather have a really nice shower stall with good shower head than a shallow tub that is neither deep nor comfortable with a sucky shower head as you don't get the best of either but a compromise and IMHO the worst of both.

FWIW I generally dislike showering in a tub and where possible pick rooms or cruise ship cabins with shower only.
