I had a flight with Eva back in 2007. It was when AC Codeshared on the TPE-YVR route on BR metal.

I started my journey in Jakarta. Someone was in my assigned seat for the TPE-YVR run and as an AE Elite, I was told to wait in the galley while they sorted everything out. I ended up, upstairs in business because the back was full. I can't say that I've ever received that generosity from AC.

The food was great and the wines were generous. I still remember the gracious presentation of the white table cloth for the table.

It was a great experience. Looking forward to more. Perhaps in a paying fare class this time.
