If you have SkyPriority, I would recommend checking in at T3. Last couple months SkyPriority line at T2 IS NOT being monitored and the line is out of control.
T3 SkyPriority line is always empty and they are super strict about checking before letting people in. I have never had anyone in front of me at T3 and the line at T2 can be 30+ deep.
Hmm, I guess YMMV as to time of day.
I've never seen a line at T3, but often the place is such a zoo that I can't even /get/ to the skypriority line because the regular line is out onto the sidewalks.
Then, when I get there, the skypriority line is roped off with nobody watching it, so I need to let myself in, and then /maybe/ the TSA guy will notice I'm standing there.
On the other hand, I've never had to wait very long at T2, and have always found a monitor in place whenever there were more than 2-3 people on line.
