Tickets for home delivery are transferable.
However, they bear the name of the person who placed the order.
Rest assured, they can be used by any traveller.
All that we require is that the traveller can prove he is eligible for any reduced fares purchased.
Since purchasing the tickets I've contacted both Eurostar and TGV-europe web sites, and they point fingers at each other for help... so I don't know what to expect.
