Flying into SFO. Can anyone recommend a good 3/4 star business hotel near (or in) Mountain View that would be relatively easy to get to for a morning business meeting at one of Google's office buildings?

Can't get a sense if staying in San Jose/Sunnyvale is too far and am I setting myself up for getting stuck in morning traffic.

Price range in the ~$200/250 per night. I will have a rental car.
