About the post-landing PA, it always annoys me when landing at OSL, they say that "smoking is not allowed untill you reach a designated smoking area in the terminal". Good luck finding one. They don't exist. I'm not sure if they ever did, but all inndoor smoking in public buildings have been forbidden in Norway since 2004 (the airport itself is from 1998).
