In general no hope with WN turning planes in 25-30 minutes. That said, check the posted turn-around time for your flight as there are some exceptions. The evening 737-800 flight (currently designated flight 2800) from DCA to AUS to SAN has a scheduled stop in AUS of 45 minutes and with the inbound often early, there is plenty of time for thru passengers to buy dinner and move to exit rows (grrrr).
