If I remember this card correctly, "Bill Pay" is a bit of a misnomer. It doesn't work to pay bills in the sense BB does. It is (was?) a debit card that you could pay for things that you could with any debit card.

Maybe they changed it. Also, when I clicked on the link I saw a choice for both Visa or MC?
