I understand there is coverage for

Missed Departure - when I don't catch the plane
Travel Delay - when the plane is late

But what I'm looking for is insurance if the airline (low cost airlines, mostly) simply decides to cancel the flight because of low pax, bad weather or change of schedule and leaves passengers stranded.

Is there an insurance policy for that? (That applies to all EU citizens.)
