Judging by how the seats on Row 12 are blocked it may be that some of them are bassinet positions.

There was an issue with Row 1 seats in CE but has now been fixed and no else reported an issue with WTP seats (my BF had a booking when we had an issue with CE and all usual seats were available to him in WTP).
