Yup, several times - even with manual check-in (thought I was going to be in trouble there!) Immigration don't care, and Eurostar seem to turn a blind eye, but... I should stress that it is firmly against the rules, you risk being denied boarding, and this risk is likely greater at times of heightened security. Oh, and I'm a British citizen.
