I received the 100K offer at my work today. We currently use Chase Ink cards for business spending, so Amex must have caught wind somehow and sent this offer. There is an offer code in the letter that says I just go online and apply and I will receive the points after spend mentioned.

Very tempting even with the $450 fee due to the $200/year airline supplemental charge credits and lounge perks that I would enjoy.
