A320 is used for shorhaul, mostly european trips, 2-4 hours. It is not super, but rubbish may be a bit too hard judgement. It is on par with what almost every operator offers for shorthaul in europe. 3-3-seating is a bit cramped, but they often block middle seat in j-cabin.

I guess my main reaction was how poorly AY is showing off its business product. I was browsing the business area of the site to learn more about the hard product, to see if I want to use it, and for J in an A320 they show me a standard economy configuration. I've flown 'euro business' in J on LH a number of times, so know about the blocked middle seat trick. But AY doesn't show that in their panorama pic!
Anyway, looks like I will be going J SIN-HEL-HKG, so crossing my fingers that the A340s are OK. Actually, on the AY site panorama pic, the J seat looks a lot like LH's angled product?
