I hate to state the blindingly obvious but for me to have been "playing games" I would have somehow or other been able to predict that the outcome of me suggesting that customers write in more to BA to compliment them on their staff would result in a ferocious attack from a senior BA employee.
I am simply not clever enough to have predicted it.
This is the most bizarre exchange I have been party to.
