A320 is used for shorhaul, mostly european trips, 2-4 hours. It is not super, but rubbish may be a bit too hard judgement. It is on par with what almost every operator offers for shorthaul in europe. 3-3-seating is a bit cramped, but they often block middle seat in j-cabin.
AFAIK the middle seat is always blocked in AY s/h J. But of course it's nothing compared to US domestic premium cabin, for example.
