Demand for revenue J/C to Ireland seems flat making Rouge the obvious answer. On two EI flights that I took from BOS-DUB last year both in late Spring, I was given the option of upgrading (for a minimal cost) at the check-in counter at Logan due to light loads. On those flights, I was J/C customer #2 & 3 respectively on the A330.
