Our dog is trained to go outside too but we had trained her with a command as well (so she goes as soon as possible instead of running around chasing snow for 1/2 and hour in -17degrees). Does your dog have a pee-pee command? Maybe you can bring her to the bathroom with a pee-pee pad and ask her to go? Our dog won't go anywhere hear her bed or crate, so I found that we had to move the pee-pee pad somewhere else for her to pee on it. Still, she won't go indoors pee-pee pad or not if we weren't there giving the pee-pee command.
